Care for a loved one with dementia can be difficult and emotionally draining – that’s where we come in. We will create a bespoke schedule, unique to the individual customer’s needs, to provide them with the best care possible.
Home care for customers with Dementia and Alzheimer’s
Our carers are trained in specific illnesses and conditions, so that they can best look after the individual customer. We have a wealth of experience with various different aspects of medical conditions and specialise in Dementia and Alzheimer’s care.
We understand the difficult nature of the condition, and provide kind, efficient and empathetic care to customers: looking after them, and reassuring you.
With or without a diagnosis, our carers are there for you. We will tailor your home care plan to the customer’s individual needs, providing bespoke, unique, one to one care.

- Meal preparation, to encourage healthy eating and provide nutritional support
- Activities, to help with social interaction, strength and confidence
- Chaperoning, to assist with medical appointments
- Domestic assistance, helping to create a clean and comfortable home environment
- Medication assistance, ensuring timely and accurate taking of medicines
