Our 4-Point Promise

Carers to you’s four-point care promise is built upon our commitment to deliver quality care with compassion throughout our community. We guarantee to provide care that is:

  • A cut above
    • We don’t tie our customers into long contracts because we stand behind our service. So much so that if you should ever feel the need to cancel, you can do so within 24 hours.
    • We’ve gained Care Quality Commission (CQC) Registration
    • We employ the most committed and caring staff – we offer the highest rates of pay, best working conditions and training. We attract the best, and only hire the best. They deliver our reputation, and our reputation is all we have.
    • We upskill all of our carers through specialist care courses beyond their mandatory training.
    • We’re flexible – we understand life happens. That’s why if you need to change a visit at short notice, we will do our best to accommodate the change with no charge. Fees will only be charged if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. Even then, that fee will be only 50% of the normal rate to cover our costs.
    • We offer clear and transparent pricing – you will be made aware of all charges before they happen, clearly and in writing. This ensures you never receive any unexpected financial shocks.
  • Caring
    • We’re local to you – our manager knows every patient personally. All our staff are from the local community.
    • We tailor our service to match the needs of each customer on each visit.
    • We care about quality of life – we want to ensure the quality of life of our customers in maximised. This can be through something as simple as engaging in good quality conversation, to social trips, to encouraging exercise and good diet.
  • Consistent
    • We provide carer continuity – you will be assigned two primary carers and one back up carer. That’s it. Should this change, we will reduce the service fee by 30% to reflect the inconvenience caused to you.
    • We don’t overstretch our staff – each carer serves a maximum of four customers.
  • Communication
    • We provide access to our friends and family app provided free of charge – this shows carers logging in and out, live updates and GPS tracking.
    • We can help you apply for any funding you may be eligible for.
    • Emergency number – we have a number you can call in the event of an emergency, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and your call will be answered by a qualified person.
    • We’re bilingual and can accommodate all major languages.
    • Monthly Customer Service Reviews – shared with the family, and including a 30-minute update via zoom, or as required if monthly is too frequent.
    • Friends and Family Social Events – Meet other people with the same issues around care for loved ones, talks on dealing with specific issues, such as dementia, followed by coffee.
    • Training Courses – we have a dedicated trainer who can train the family in techniques to care, make it easier for them, both mentally and physically.
